help about the keyword rankings

i have got site http://www.techtipsmaster.com
my site moves around rank 5-15 ie in the first page of google for keyword "tech tips"
but the search traffic and clicks are quite low..i just need to know whether it is due to ranking of keyword among other keywords or some other problem??how to know the position of my keyword?

 

what about the traffic how many click from Google.. if in 5 means.. has to get good traffic for a medium competitive keyword
