Help: About Scrollbars

    I need some help again about on how to change the scrollbar colors of my page.
    Here's the link: http://www.internetworkclub.com/legal/ .

    I tried to change its color already but it is not visible to some browsers like Mozilla, Opera and Chrome, it is only visible in Internet Explorer.

    If it's not possible to make it visible on those browsers, is there any possibilities if the scrollbar will be transparent or the scrollbar will be changed in to icons? And should be visible to all browsers..

    Please help me with this...

    Nope, AFAIK IE is the only one that lets you mess with the scroll bars. I went through it a while back.
