You use an FTP program and go to mp3masty.com (you'll need your FTP login and password). Then just drag the files from your computer to where you want them on the site.

You want to click on a link and have a song uploaded to the site? From where? You can't "upload" files from other sites to yours by clicking on a link on your site. ("Upload" means "from your computer to another one".)

I think he wants to remotely uploaded, so just enter a link into a script and have the script trans-load the file on to a webhost.

That depends on the site you're downloading it from. If they have an API, use it. If the file is publicly visible, open it and save it. If not, you can't.

Use an FTP software like Filezilla, and navigate to the folder where you want to see the file appear on the site. Then just copy and paste the file from your pc to the place at the FTP. Please note that to login to the FTP you would need your Login id and Password.
