    There is no universal tool to copy content form one website to another, because every website code is different. Search ENgine Friendly Way? You mean duplicate content will be friendly?

    or .. Somehow Cheating on google and Make a Website to High Quality Ranking

    Well it's true there are many ways to outsmart Google but i suppose subject change or paragraph is just a waste of time. I use uniq content grabber (parser) for indyvidual CMS, ant than translate it with pro API translator. This is the most powerfull way to get a tons of uniq content and traffic at the same time. Since i remember i never made a no spam website :)

    Take my advice BRO, do not use most popular metods to make easy content {spinn|synonyms}. It's just a matter of time when you will be banned. Time is money, dont waste it!
