No it will not get banned at all -- bounce rate just means your site isn't relevant / "sticky" for your audience/site visitors. Make the site more relevant and add more interesting content. Google will never ban you for poor results, for you are not making them any money, you are only another user in their app offerings.

Don't worry dear. A/c will not get banned even if your bounce rate goes up to 100%.

Bounce rate indicates that the visitors did not like your article and have left the website. the lesser this rate the better the visitors have found you web page. But this will never lead to google banning you.

Google don't have any concern with your Bounce rate in terms if maximum will kick you out or if lower then will award you first position.
The Analytics data is actually based on User behavior towards your website. Google only shows you the detail of entry and exit of a visitor, the source he came from, tools or applications used, and most importantly his behavior towards the data through which Bounce rate is calculated.
I would suggest that you should revamp your content and select proper keywords. As bounce rate only gets higher if an unusual or irrelevant traffic is brought towards a page of no interest.
So please change your content and study all the factors due to which your site is getting a very high bounce rate.

Bounce rate must be low to make your site better and it does not matter how it is for a website where you are just seeing stats.

Google does't care if you bounce rate is high or even a 100%... it just means that the traffic you are driving to the website does not like what they see on the landing page.

To reduce your bounce rate check referrals and keywords to see what people want to see (their intent) when they land on your website and then check the pages they land onto and see if those pages fulfill their need...

also, if you have a website similar to a wiki.. you are bound to have a high bounce rate as most of the times the users get what they search for on the landing page itself and do not go deeper... this is one sad part of Google Analytics that it taks only pageview into account for calculating bounce rates...
