help,a problem about page indexed.

I want to do a seo about a keyword,and i submit this page to some bookmarks,when i using "keywords" on google,i just find a record about the page on a bookmark site,have not see the directness index of my page.
anyone can tell me why this thing happened?And what should i do to make google indexed my page,and how to make my page at the first on google?

 

first of all put some fresh content every week on your page for at least three weeks. even 2 para graphs ok...then build some back links for that page, link that page from your home page and other internal pages.
Within three weeks u can achieve what u want

you can never guarantee when (or even IF) google will index a page / site. It depends on a bunch of factors you can never control for example, was the domain previously registered to a spammer... has a competitor 'dobbed' you in it... is the IP in a bad neighborhood' and so on.

What you CAN do is make it MORE likely to get a page indexed, ,and thus the PROPORTION of pages on your site google knows about. Unique content and backlinks are all you need to do.
