That's happening everywhere and i dont know why people do it. Deal via DP and people will be afraid to do chargeback. I mean, atleast deal with people with good itraders. Market your ebook here rather than via your websites. They will fear a negative itrader.

    JESUS!

People, hello???!!! There is NO such thing as "getting my money back"! If you do not trust your buyer, you should not buy. Being ripped off for money sure sucks monkey balls, but that is part of doing business! If you can't take a loss, go play Monopoly instead and leave business to the real guys. There is no such thing as "safe enough", in real life and in business you are on your own, so deal with it.

Or buy insurance, that's how real business is conducted. You insure a deal at certain amounts, or use Escrow.com as a way of getting insurance. But don't come running whining about "safe enough" and "getting my money back". If you don't want to risk them, don't purchase. Simple as that!

yes, share information about products and product delivery data.
if you are not selling a illegal product, then this dispute will not affect to your money.

PayPal always takes the side of buyer.
So, you can assume that your money is gone. Or simply refund the buyer to close the case.

Well only way you can get your money back is to contact buyer, because you can not send any shipping proofs to PayPal and they don't favor seller if you are dealing in digital goods.

    Thanks

Suppose I dont refund to the buyer, then what happens ? Paypal deducts the balance.. is it ?

Or any other harm we have on our paypal account ?

If you don't refund the buyer or don't respond paypal then money will automatically go to buyers a/c, so then you have no luck. The better option would be atleast try and convince the paypal. Tell paypal as its a digital product and also provide screenshots or any other proof. In future make a button and while making it make sure you don't allow the buyer to enter shipping details into the form and also in reference make a note that payments are not refundable under digital delivery mode. Hope it helps!!

Just revist the deal again , check what the buyer was looking for and what you were promising
If you have not delivered on the product promise its advisble to return the money back
Else fight it out show the details of emails to PP and atleast even if the decision doesnt go in your favour , but atleast you have responded and tried clarifying. Dont ignore the message from PP respond with explanation
