Hello everyone, um I just wanted to introduce myself here on the site. I actually found the site by searching for "bodybuilding forums" on google :p Um well to start off a little bit about myself... I work for an advertising agency and in my spare time I do a lot of web design as well as my personal hobbies are working out, bodybuilding/fitness and football. I actually run a few bodybuilding/fitness sites myself with the help of a few personal trainers, the sites aren't that active. My goals are simple to help those in need of information and to help those for the future in becoming a overall better person.

Well this is a really cool site so anyways I just wanted to give a brief intro of myself :)
