    I got an idea from "Fetal Position", season 3 of House. The patient had to choose either her life or the baby fetus's life. House happened to save them both. I remember the woman having a baby and thought ovaries.

    Ok, well I remember that show but I'm not sure I would have made that choice of names - even being a big fan of 'house', I didn't get the connection but whatever floats your boat :)
