sorry for the cliche title Newbie here looking for guidance on website creation. I'm not really a programmer but have done some dabbling. My area of focus is mainly IT infrastructure and project management but have been finding that a lot of requests that come my way are programming related...which then gets outsourced. One of the main reasons why I'm here is to find help with starting up a website similar to redbeacon.com but much more localized and along the way, hoping to learn some things about the process of building a website and business.
