Hi guys, im Dragn im new to the site, new to the entire webdeveloping/marketing idea, and i have a few questions if you dont mind (sorry if this doesnt belong here, but it seems to be the right place) first off, what are you guys views on Affiliate marketing? ive done some fair research on it (i have yet to invest a dime in it though, wanted to learn as much as i could before i do that) and tried it out for a bit, i was able to generate 130 bucks out of about 2 weeks of work (but it took 6 months to generate results, i had to quit trying and randomly had a check sent without expecting it) and im considering trying it out again, and putting some cash into it any suggestions? tips? criticism on it? also, im interested in getting into the website buisness, ive been looking at it extensivly and i have a general idea on it, but if anyone has any tips on how to generate traffic into it id love some newbie pointers also, i have access to 3 accounts on forums, 1 is hibernating (hasnt posted in a while) with 12k posts, another that is fairly active with 6k posts, and another that is barely active (thanks to site being pretty much dead atm) with 3k posts, are those of any value in my attempts to start this? im learnin gabout backlinks and whatnot and i think i could use them to my advantage anwyays, i just wanted to see if there were any friendly souls out there with a few tips to a newbie in this market thanks guys
