sorry to say....... but this much amount of Ads is harmful for ur site. It would not allow anyone to stay longer than 10 seconds. Remove the ads and place them nicely at key positions (NOTE: the whole page is not the key position) where it doesnt get mixed with all the actual content. And one more thing, too much animations are also not good. Soft and sleek design with few Ads at key positions is the success-formula. Hope u will do better
The site has great content. But the design is a bit ancient. I would suggest making it more hi-fi with glossy effect as your target audience would be mobile users with eye candy addiction. I would also suggest you to open a WAP site so they could browse it comfortably with a mobile

You should remove some of the ads and work more on highlighting the different sections of the website to engage your visitors. Also, improve the colors, design, UI of the website and I think you can have a very good site. It is a PR 3 site and I think it has potential to grow if you improve it.
ohhhhhhhh was there any content or just ads???? really u should consider it again...too many ads which nearly kills the site
