Lol...nice bin button. You should figure a way to attract affiliates and make them work to advertise your product. Join affiliate programs and post your ad there. Try to rank high on search engines for what people search when it comes to your software. Always, try to have satisfied customers so they can carry on the "word of mouth" and speak about your product. There's a long and fun way though

Give away 2-3 half price copies on the condition they provide a review of your script and ask them for testimonials. Pay someone to submit your business website to loads of directories. Launch a press release. Post in webmaster forums a time limited 25% off code. You say you have "no time" - Make time, even if its 30 minutes or an hour per day. At the end of the day your going to have to support the webmasters who buy your script, Once the profits start comming in pay someone to help you with promotion.
