Our rapidly growing Australian based company is seeking a HIGH QUALITY web development and design team that are very experienced in the following applications: • Magento • Joomla • Wordpress • Prestacart • vBulletin We expect to be generating 2 - 4 new projects a week in 2013. Our Developers/Designers will be required to work under our company banner and agree to our privacy policy, terms and conditions and work agreement prior to commencing and be able to meet our work deadlines. The team we are looking for should be comprised of at least 2 full time, highly experienced developers and 2 designers. They must also be accessible by Skype, email and phone at all times should the need arise. As we are located in Australia, as are most of our clients, you will need to adjust your work hours to accommodate the time difference between your country and ours. All applicants should provide at least 5 examples of recent work within the last 12 months and at least 2 Magento stores of the 5 samples. Furthermore, we ask that you provide us with an outline of your existing, or proposed pricing structure as it is of equal importance to us to provide our clients with AFFORDABLE and cost efficient web solutions, as it is to provide them with high quality services. It is very important that all applicants must speak good English in order to communicate verbally to our Project manager. We would also hope that you have a good understanding of English Grammar and can provide work related documents with very few spelling errors, with correct phrasing. We are looking for quality finishers’, that is, they must possess the ability to complete a project with correct styles, spacing and margins without continuous reviews by our project managers. We would also like to see some creative design samples from the Designer.
