    Firstly hi to everyone here.
I'm new here and need adivces for my website. I have read many articles on adsense, however my adsense doesn't pick up ads at all. Just one big banner that says "Donate for hurricanes.. blah" I'm happy if it saves some people on the planet but yer the ad is not really im after.

    I tried the sanbox?
    http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/adsense-sandbox/

but still no results. Why is that?

Also, my search box(google) on my site doesn't pick up anything within my site. :< plz help.

Is it because of the meta tags or just my contents being too small? thanks.

how new is your site? and how long since you placed the ads? takes some time for ads to appear.
who clicked? if it's you, the filter will count it as invalid. if it's not you, probably stats haven't update themselves.

I would imagine it's because Google has yet to index your site - that would be why there are no results in Google's SERPs.

Also, take the advice of others (many others) who say DO NOT CLICK YOUR ADS OR ASK ANYONE ELSE TO CLICK YOUR ADS. It's dishonest and a quick way to get banned.

    right click:
    "Copy Link Location" (Firefox)
    "Copy Shortcut" (IE)

It's much safer and will save you from posting the "Why am I banned" gripe thread later

I can not be sure - but one would think that any new publisher accounts might be under more intense scrutiny

If I were you - I would read the TOS and NOT click any of your own ads

    do you want to try?

alos, refrain from testing out the search. it's not explicitly written in the TOS, but it's risky.

    y'know, when you said
i just gave you the benefit of the doubt that you read the TOS and that you just thought one click doesn't matter (although i disagree).

but your last question increased my suspicions that you did not read the TOS. Please. Do yourself and all of us a favor and read the Terms Of Services. It's the contract that you agreed to.

The best thing to do here is 'copy link location' then open up wordpad and paste it there - part of the googleads link will also show the referring link (the landing page)

If you are truly that interested in an ad, this would be the best thing for you to do to avoid any problems with the Adsense team.
