From the ones I looked at, if you judge them on their own merit then of course they arent. There is plenty of content on the page to read, but I am not sure if this is ripped content? If it is then neither page will last long in Google and with no traffic there will be no revenue. So, will be a waste of energy and time for them unless it's all unique!
Nothing wrong with these sites. They are just MFA sites, with contents, and I don't see if they break any TOS.
