Hello, I just redesigned my site which is better before I upload it, all criticism go

Hello I just re did my site, I am getting a PR1 from goggle and am 5 down from the top on page 1 for my key word of "photoblocker" the only sites above me are the manufactures web sites. That rank has been up and down for a few weeks, last week I was dropped 10000 from goggle, now I seem to be doing fine.

Right now im going through godaddy for domain names, I have masked my Meta tags with them. I don't know much about web design but gave it a go the first time around. I’m getting sales on my site now but wanted to make it nicer and cleaner. So I rented the How To Book For Dreamweaver and made my new pages.
At this time there is NO menu on the pages yet (im going to make drop down ones with Java soon linking all the pages.)
