I'd make a few changes to the design first, there are problems throughout. Also you need to sort out Meta Tags so search engines can find and list you properly. I'd also recommend not paying to submit your site to directories, you can do that yourself and they don't really help with rankings, nor will one link from digg. You want to build back links from related sites, focusing on bloggers in certain niche's first. Then you should focus on sites that deal with the plugins / mods you have i.e. Vb, phpBB and IPB. Don't buy traffic, it rarely amounts to anything as it's not focused and the only way to guarantee an amount of visits is to send a user to your site without their knowledge or choice.
