    You must optimize your site according to new updations. With Google panda update maximum automatic posting sites are banning. Is your site updating by you or it is automatic update site

    Promoting your website and proper keyword targetting will help your site gain traffic. Although, I don't know what you meant by OutSource Traffic.

    You should use facebook and twitter for traffic and hopefully you will get better traffic.
