Hi all! I'm happy to be here. I've been working with web designing, etc., as a hobby for about 11 years on and off (since I was about 12 years old, lol), but I've only recently gotten into it as a serious means of freelance. It's very exciting, and my basic knowledge that I learned over the years, with no pressure, has certainly helped me have the skills to learn and adapt fairly quickly now. I'm obviously still learning a lot, but with the incredible resources on the web, I'm able to soak up a lot of knowledge! I graduated from School of Visual Arts in 2012 with a BFA in Illustration, so I'm coming from a visual/graphic design background rather than a programming one (I'll probably need some TLC when it comes to programming related things, please be kind! lol). I do lots of other stuff too. Just to name a few, I'm working on a graphic novel (http://www.khthon.com - I made the site, though it's overdue for a major overhaul), I make sculptures, and I've just tapped into the world of 3D sculpting and 3D printing. I'm also pretty good at fixing things. Oh, I'm also a chick. How many other chicks here? I bet it's more than one might expect. Cheers!
