Just finished reading rules, etc and while i can plainly see how serious you are, some of the wording and images made me laugh. I like calling that "Kidding, on the level" Anyways, I am pretty much a noob to internet marketing but I have decided to take a serious look into it and see if I can make a go at it. I have been involved with sales, marketing, internet for 20 years - not a kid. Really the hardest problem I see is that there is such a plethora of information to digest and grasp and at the same time it is moving forward at a quick clip. I have visited a number of forums, decent forums and the fact is I could spend weeks (probably months here) just reviewing all the great info that is supplied. OK, so stop rambling. Like i said, been in some form of marketing and the internet, creating sites, etc for about 20 years. I am 40 yrs old, full time job, wife and a 13 yr old daughter I would love to put through private school. Which is the main reason I have taken a serious focus towards internet marketing. I suppose some of you are snickering at this point I certainly realize that this is not an overnight quest and while I have made a few bucks, I have not even gotten close to any serious $$. I am looking at 6 mos-1year before realizing I should have some form of consistency; depending on the what I am doing. So far I have gotten involved with a few sites for affiliate marketing (amazon, etc) and from another forum I read the most common suggestion for noobs is to get involved with 7search, based on it's ease of use, tracking and easy to learn. I have met 2 people via forums willing to take me under there wing and teach me a few things. One i learned quite bit from, the other keeps disappearing then asking me why I am not around (LOL). I mention this because I would love the opportunity to learn directly from someone. I realize as a whole, it's a cutthroat business and secrets are kept to preserve personal earnings. I am not looking to carbon copy anyone. I am extremely focused and serious about taking this up as a second income, with the desire to make this my main income. I am always open to opinions, ideas, advice. I welcome it all as it is plain to see this is an amazing site and I am very green. I mainly use WordPress for my sites, I am not a programmer or professional coder, but I am not afraid of code, or being told I'm wrong. Phew, ok I'm out of thoughts at this point. Thanks if you actually took the whole time to read this. -MC
