Greetings to one and all from Sunny Cowes in the Isle of Wight, United Kingdom. 22nd October and it's a balmy 18 degrees. For my sins I am doing the Great South Run (10 miles) in Portsmouth this Sunday - guess there might be some other of the 20,000 runners out there visiting this site as well!!! Cheers Dickie
