Hello everyone! I think I would consider myself some what of a forum junkie.... I'm a member and participate in about 20 different forums. Sometimes seems like that is all I do is forum postings. For the most part I do ecommerce stuff as a hobby but by day I'm a Systems Engineer for a major company located in Charlotte, NC. I've been doing ecommerce stuff on the site for almost two years now. At this time I would say that I have close to 50 domains that are registered (2/3 online and have content and 1/3 parked). In the begining I got got myself involved with internet actives just to learn/provide myself my own email from my own domain. As friends and family caught on as I was doing I began hosting them and eventually turned itself into a nice part-time business. Then as my business grew I realized small internet startups didn't have to make a lot of $ to be succesful and I enjoyed the learning experience that it offered. I began participating in forums to learn about how to market on the internet how to find answers and learned how to utilize open source products to keep my startup/development costs down. Over the past 6 months. I have begun to focus more on providing Search Engine Optimization services by using what I have learned over the past two years. As I mentioned about I have many domains and here are a few that I am very proud to own. SEO-Forums.com - My Search Engine Optimization Forum (less than 2 months old) AroundTheWeb.com - Web Directory with affordable submission prices. wwwHelpers.com - Webmaster/Web Help Center Webmaster-Link-Exchange.com - Directory/Forum that helps people trade links with other webmasters. Text-Ads.com - very new site not much there but in future will provide services to help buy and sell text links with other webmasters. VT-Football.com - A Virginia Tech Football Fan Site (I'm a big VT football fan) AffordableDomainNames.net - Domain Name Registration Services wwwKeepers.com - Providing affordable web hosting services for visitors. and many more... I do have a few other domains that I think are good names but no site yet: ePriceGuide.com ManagedNames.com EasyAppraisals.com QualityReseller.com I look forward in particpating in this forum in the hope to share experiences with each other.
