    Hello all,

    My name's Mike Behnken! I am a webmaster who used to be a personal trainer. Actually have BS & MS in exercise science as well as 4 current certifications!

    I have quit my full time job to concentrate on online stuff which I enjoy. I enjoy helping people with fitness, travel and online business stuff!
