Correct, as per the instructions, the accounts start off under review, and you cannot login until they are approved. Al 1's should be a working fix for international, if it does NOT work, feel free to message me and I'll submit a ticket internally, but all 1's should work.

Well Tier 1 providers can operate how they want, they take in the money, they pay out the money. If you are working with several Tier 1/2 providers they can pay out up to NET60, which means that gets delayed back to the affiliates. That is just how the industry works.
