Hello From A Freelancer and Entrepreneur

Here's an introduction of myself: My name is Fabian, but a lot of people call me Fabio - lol

Anyway, the reason I came to this site was for possible business leads and to hire template designers or buy templates from great designers that I have seen on this forum thus far. I have owned a PHP Probid auction template web design company for a few months now(http://www.probidtemplates.com) which is doing quite well at the time. I came across this site during a google search and saw that it had alot of programmers and freelancers on it which would benefit from my new site which is dedicated to all the freelancers, programmers, coders, and graphic designers.

What is it? I just released an auction site (http://www.WebDesignerAuctions.com) where freelancers can post their web designs, domains, graphics, icons and much more! I know that everyone on here is currently using ebay and some other means of advertising to post their work, but, I can guarrantee you that with that you are paying a bundle. That's where my site comes in... I am dedicating my site to those freelancers and programmers who really want to MAKE money keep it in their pockets instead of worrying about getting a huge bill after selling their product or software. If you feel that this posting is relating to you, then come visit the site and at least give it a try. Registration is also free.

Welcome to the Board ..i'm new as well...but so far i'm liking it fine...it's a great place as far as I can tell

feedback?...

-you have a spelling error on the homepage of probidtemplates (Templastes)
-the rest of the site looks pretty decent
-not sure i like the design of webdesignerauctions...the logo is nice though
-the blue and orange for the forum section doesn't match the rest of the site
-move those forums to their own page...truthfully it looks horrible on the front page with everything else

 

Thanks for the feedback, I have taken your advise and changed the look of webdesignerauctions.com and corrected the typo on probidtemplates.com. As far as the forum on the homepage on webdesignerauctions.com, I think I want to keep it for crawling purposes. Ever since I added this to the front page the google bot has been crawling my site non-stop and it helps that I added alot of SEO links to the site with friendly urls.

Any other feedback from any and all members is welcome and appreciated.

you are missing some images on webdesignerauctions now...the category bars only have ends on them...and the navigation bar text areas are different color than the background (it wasn't like that yesterday)

Can see the reason to leave the forum there...but you should at least make it match the rest of the site
