What did you want to know about signatures? You are allowed to add a signature after you have made 10 posts and been a member for at least 7 days.

I think it includes new threads you make too. Just look at the number next to posts in your info. An hour or so after it is at 10 (and you have been a member for 7 days) you will be able to add the sig.
