    1) you can find resellers who has PR domains..
    2) you can try to grab a pageranked domain from expiring domains
    3) you can try to have pagerank by buying backlinks or finding free backlinks :)

    Check out the BST section here on DP in the "Domains" section, you will usually find someone trying to sell a PR domain. Personally, I don't care about PR domains, only the quality of the name.
