It's an advertising network, you put several links on your site then you can participate in the network. After validating you can make your own ads and they will show up in the network.
There is a weight system, the more weight you have the more your ads will show up in the network. You can gain weight by adding more links on your site, referring other people to the coop and get more pages indexed by google.
Get an API key from google, find more info about api at google http://www.google.com/apis/
You can join using my id. coop network
