Originally from Egypt, Nouf Taraman grew up in Falls Church, Virginia where she spent her childhood years. She then moved to the Qatar, in the Middle East where she completed her secondary education before finally moving to New York City to attend The City University Of New York- Queens College to which she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education.

Her dynamic background contributes a refreshing worldly flair and international forte. Being so well-traveled both domestically and internationally, she is endowed with a broad knowledge and deeper understanding of diverse cultures, nationalities and lifestyles. Combine that with her fluent tongue of English and Arabic, as well as being conversant in Spanish and German, and the capabilities which she harbors, are paramount to success in any enterprise.
“My highly eclectic background has blessed me with a totally unique point of view” she says “I have found that in a place like New York City, the community is more likely to identify with and relate to someone that reflects its level of diversity. “ Nouf Taraman’s cross-cultural communication skills enable her to naturally gain a strong sense of what her clients are searching for. She says “I understand all of my clients and their specific requisites.” Of course her warmth and sensitivity towards every culture also easily gravitates people towards her.

Having family on virtually every continent, regularly re-locating abroad, working in many different countries, and studying overseas, led to Nouf moving on several unforeseen occasions. It was because of all these moves that Nouf understands the frustrations and the stress that can come hand in hand with moving. “My life as a rolling stone has put me at an advantage. I always place myself directly in the shoes of the client which pushes me to go the extra mile to turn what would be a typically grueling experience for some, into a productive and enjoyable one.”
As well as being acknowledged as one of the top Real Estate Professionals in New York City. Nouf Taraman is also a diligent young professional, English teacher, and skilled equestrian. These multi-faceted talents and skill have led her all over the world, which led to her interest in Real Estate.
Nouf’s passion for Real Estate stems from her love of helping people. Prior to working in Real Estate, Nouf taught English as a second language at Triolearn training center in the gulf country of Qatar in the Middle East to Elementary children as young as 5 years of age to full adults. She says “Helping people reach their full potential and maximize success in their lives is the most fulfilling and rewarding of experiences for me. As a result of teaching, she has a natural way of explaining complex issues, and breaking them down so they are comprehensible, a skill she applies day to day in her Real Estate endeavors.
As a firm believer that playing sports lends itself to one’s daily life and career, Nouf Taraman is also a professional equestrian, who served the very first Qatari National Women’s Show jumping team for 3 years. She swears by sports and physical fitness optimizing the overall quality of one’s life. As a result, it only makes sense that being a part of such an esteemed team that demanded immense dedication and training heavily sharpened her self-discipline and further emphasized the importance of hard work.
She also draws an undeniable parallel between the competitiveness of always travelling overseas for such high stake competitions and the aggressive race that we call real estate in New York City. She says “At a very young age, I learned to really thrive in a competitive atmosphere which allows me to exceed my sales goals.” Not only does her position on the Show Jumping team take some credit for her exceptional work ethic, but balancing a 40+ hour practice, training, competition, and travel schedule in addition to academics taught her excellent time management skills.
