    At the tender age of 45 you make me feel old haha .
    Still I have the outlook and mentality of a 22 year old and I am always and will always be learning until the day I die.

    Pull up a chair , make yourself comfortable and learn learn learn .

    You are in a exciting market and I am certain there are plenty of things you can teach and give back to the community .
