Hello Everyone!! I"m worried

    Hello DP

    My name is Cookie, I'm currently in my last year in College; I have about 7 months left but the way this economy is going I'm afraid that I won't find a job. My major is Information Technology the only thing that I've done is worked Help Desk which was about 15 years ago, Yes I'm old but I don't feel old, Hey 43 isn't that old. Well anyway I'm just scared of not finding work. I've been going back and doing some studying on my A+ because I do like learning about repairing computers but I know that's not enough. Well I just wanted to share that. I guess I'm just looking for some encouragement

    Don't worry Cookie.All that is happening is investors panicing.The stock market is fear driven,soon common sense will prevail and big $$$ will spend again.For now they are all hanging on to it which is why economies are not growing as before.
    I made $750 last week alone on gold.Everyone is so frightened they see security in the yellow metal only.By the time you graduate all will be normal again.Stay calm be positive,by the way welcome to DP.:)

    Good luck finding a job, it also helps when you participate around online communities centered on computer repair topics. For me, it has worked like wonders to learn and also ask questions whenever I am in doubt.

    Don't worry about recessions, people in the computer field are in demand.
