I just wanted an opportunity to greet everyone on this forum. My name is Dan, I mainly work in the Logistics field, but ended up there after about 10 years of working in e-commerce, mainly Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplaces. Long story short, the frustration of Amazon Warehouse Fees were driving me crazy before me and a few business partners decided to look into buying a warehouse in the here in the USA We're all Americans, but at the time I was doing E-Commerce, I was based in Shanghai, China. We've now been operating for a year, doing fulfillment for Home Depot, Wayfair, P2P, not what we had originally planned, but it's been a good match. We basically store anything in our warehouse, but it's majority furniture. All the sellers in China are now looking to get their products into the USA immediately after production. A third party warehouse can charge much less than Amazon to store products, while still earning a profit. I joined this forum for new ideas, basically. In any field, whether it's marketing and advertising, integrating AI into our business, or some other fascinating post. I'm here for it all. Happy to be here and happy to meet you all. -- Dan
