    Hi Victor
Word of Mouth, or I might go to an area with lots of restaurants and see which one looks right for our evening. Sometimes you want a place that is busy and vibrant, other times you want something quiet. I get spooked if a restaurant is completely empty. We don't have chain restaurants so you each one is unique, it's not like you can say that you went to one in City A so you expect the restaurant in City B to be of the same standard.

    Hey Sarah,
Thank you for your reply you are completely right. How did I miss that, word of mouth has to be one of the top reasons people visit new restaurants. Empty restaurants are definitely spooky but sometimes hidden gems are not always the most popular and frequented places. Maybe you can give it a shot next time you see one of those spooky places.
