Hello Digital Point! New Professional Writer Here...

Hey everyone,
Just joined the site after browsing around a bit.
I'm an English student at a Canadian university hoping to apply my skills online.
I don't know much about internet marketing but it seems out of my league
However, I see that content is highly valued by marketers since they can use content to get customers in a variety of ways.
So anyway, I joined this site to find some writing jobs on a consistent basis and hopefully to put a dent in this months tuition *fingers crossed*.
Hope to learn from all you guys here.
Any advise on where to start with my writing would be greatly appreciated.
