    hello im new to adsense i just got the aprroved from adsense i need to put the code in to my blogspot template and dont know how
    anyone can help me with that

    assuming you are using new blogger (was beta).
    Go to the Template and select add page element.
    Then select the place you want to put ad and click add page element. then select JavaScript and put your ad code there.
    Thats all.

    didnt work i fill out all this info and still didnt work good

    AdSense Email: Specify the email address of the AdSense account.
    Postal Code: Specify the postal code of the AdSense account, if any.
    — or —
    Phone Number: Specify the last five digits of the phone number associated with the AdSense account, if any.

    You are prolly using the Adsense widget. Dont use it. Just following instruction given by Abhik.
