Hello and question about posting in contests forum :)

    Hello all - I am relatively new here, and have just really begun posting to the forum within the last few days.

    I have a question that I hope someone can answer:

    Do I need to be a premium member to post in the "Contests" forum? I would like to have a logo designed but I cannot seem to post.
