    ..err, help pls..maybe i'm played out but where should i park this scripty thing ?

    ..the outfit that puts me on the net doesn't give anything more than the access, my site isn't running yet and maybe thats not the right place, so what if i just put it here ?..or

    ..what do you mean by a server ?

    If you don't have a PHP enabled server/website, you can't use the advanced usage script.
