Hello and help required

Hello Iam a new member just paid up today.

I know its early to be asking for help , but i've looked in FAQs and not got an answer

When will i be able to create a new blog - it says there will be an "add new blog" in the side bar - but there is not (or at least i can not see it)

Does it take time before I am allowed to do this.

Blogs are only set up for moderators.
