Hey mate, It's really not worth it if you have less then a few hundred thousand impressions per month. But you can try Fidelity media, Right media, Burst media, Xtendmedia and the list really goes on.

To answer the OP's question here is a list of ad networks that offer payment by cheque As others have said though - 3000 impressions per month will not really earn you anything meaningful and is below the entry requirements of the majority of better ad networks. @sindia AdSense should work fine in India, but due to the demographics they simply offer much lower eCPMs for visitors from there than those in "developed" countries. An Indian-based and focused ad network may offer you better eCPMs in fact, as they are selling more directly to your market.
Yes @masm50 its true about adsense low ecpms in india . but before 1 yr it was giving really good income to indian publishers . Anyway your sujested link is really helpful . but can u plz conform all those networks on tht link are also working perfectly in INDIA .
