Hello All - Looking For Technical Advise

    I have a simple website to build and I would like to create a portal or panel for my client to be able to change pictures and text on their own. What do I need to accomplish that. Thank you in advance for your help.

    I don't know what you need exactly but I think simple machine forum can help you, she is a PHP open source forum script can run as a portal with some modification.
