Contact a contingency attorney in San Francisco and explain things to him. You will have to pay him 20 - 30% of the amount of recovery, but I would not just sit still while Google "says" that the funds were illegitimate.

    Their internal investigation is meaningless.

If you don't want to go the legal route, ask for the evidence to be sent to you for review.

    what was your CTR?

Even if you had TONS of clicks if your CTR was not outrageous then it should not mean that those clicks are invalid. Normally CTR is more of a sign of fake clicks than the # of clicks you have...

    Also,
Maybe start an online petition. publisize it and try and get a few thousand people to send. maybe even threatening not to use adsense. See if that does anything. It couldn't hurt...

the best way to do this is to get a lawyer! now you can buy a prepaid legal plan, in your area, so you only pay a few bucks instead of 50% if there is no legal plan in your area, then just hire a lawyer!

Just wanted to say Sorry. I know how bad that sucks. I got my account disabled also from them. But mine was differently here is my email I got:

    Hello Jessica,

Your AdSense account was found to be related to an account previously
disabled for invalid click activity and we have therefore disabled your
account. Publishers disabled for invalid click activity are not allowed
further participation in AdSense and do not receive any further
payment. The earnings on your account will be properly returned to the
    affected advertisers.

As outlined in our program Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the
right to terminate any publisher's participation at any time.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

Yeah that was my letter! So that totally sucked for me too! I would try contacting them also. Good Luck!

I am just wondering how this is possible? Not saying you did anything wrong but how did you jump so high so quick? I would be happy with a $25 a month:D

Then you arent a very ambitious person.

The sudden increase must have sparked the red flag. Waited until the end of the month, got their $6k and blew you off.

I would recommend you keep sending them appeals.

My pages are my hobbies, I would just like to pay the cost with a little profit.

Do you really think $6000 a month is common?

It seems you`ve been banned once, got a new account and since they found out those 2 accounts belong to same person, they disabled the latter account.

Could you please share which registration details in those 2 accounts were the same? Did you change name/address completely? Did you use the new adsense account code in old sites (sites that used to show older banned account ads in the past)?
    Thanks.
