I thought popup ads are ok as long as it doesn't disrupt site navigation? oh well not popups with viruses though. :D

The real problem for them is that you have a contract with them and they have a legal obligation to give you your money. It's totally illegal in any contry to make a deal, let the other part do their work and then say "hey we don't pay you but we won't also tell you why".

for 6k I would contact attorney and sue them. That is totally illegal if no explanation is given and probably even if explanation is given - it's your money that they hold.

What do popup ads have to do with fraudulent clicks that google was using as reason to terminate his account and keep HIS money?

Wow, that must suck! I bet that it was a result of someone encouraging clicking ads in one of the Indian forums you advertise in though.

But hey, time to just sign up for another affiliate program and let Big G lose a lot of business!

It has nothing to do with fraudulent clicks. Its just that Google doesn't want its ads displayed on any site having unnecessary popups.

Not true, you did have other options. Complying with TOS was the other option. Now that you don't have an adsense account you don't have other options

    That is very simple.

there was no click fraud etc...

Google simply ban those web sites with "BAD TRAFFIC" traffic from INDIA, CHINA and middle east does not convert. means people from those web sites do not buy much online. So a traffic with 0 ROI is BAD BAD BAD.

google won't say that, but instead they mantion "Click fraud"
