Yes and I guess whos going to fight them? They'd keep you tied up in lawyers and red tape until you had to declare bankruptcy. lol They do have their reasons for banning people ane I am sure they get it right 95% of the time or more but at least a simple explanation with some sort of evidence. Of course anyone who gets banned always thinks they were banned unfairly, so it doesnt matter what Google tell them. I have similar experiences with an online game I run. You ban someone for something and they always complaind and protest their innocence.
Even they banned for after I completed 100$ at end of Feb. I mailed them and they said invalid clicks.
Most pay per click will not give you evidence for bann. When they do not like the traffic from a site you have no real recourse. $6,000 a month is alot and i bet traffic was poor so they looked hard at your site and urls site was listed on. I am sure google finds your urls and reads what you post on other sites. If you get involved in sites that tell members to click each other links i am sure you will be banned sooner or latter they will see the site. I do not know why your banned just what i have seen on some sites. I would be fumming mad about $6,000 loss.
I would so love to see a big class action lawsuit to force G to provide proof. If they have proof that would be great to know. If they don't then they are thieves and I would love to see criminal prosecution. Seems like a few dozen $6,000 rip offs might start to get the interest of some ambulance chasers.
for the last 6-7 months i had only $100-200/months and this last 2 months i had $2100 and $6000+,so that was my immediate increase in traffic and clicks.that was the reason i guess.
Try another network.... we are opening a new network soon you might be interested in (read sig). * Sorry for the cheap plug!
I was wondering why Google never provide any proof when a site gets banned? I agree, proof should be provided, how els are you to know if they are telling the truth or not.
Why not try AdBrite? I wouldn't ordinarily recommend them, but if you've been banned from AdSense, they're the best alternative.
