I've had this site for about a year now but due to other commitments I haven't had any time to add new stuff to it.

It already gets a little traffic and has some small Adsense earnings, but with a new lease of life, someone could make it earn more.

I just don't have the time to continue with the site any more due to other commitments and responsibilities.

What challenges are there with running this site?

Just adding regular new funny pictures, memes, videos etc and sharing them on social media.

I used to post an image to the site then share that on Google+ communities and it used to get me up to 400 UV's a day for just one image sometimes.

I'm selling this site with the site and domain. And all the social media accounts. The Pinterest account in particular is member of some VERY BIG community boards so you'll get that in which you can pin new images to and it can send quite a lot of traffic in time too.
