Selling Heavily Automated News Forum - PR 6

This is a heavily automated news forum which posts short headlines from allover the web (automated of course). This site includes a Twitter account if you are interested where all posts are syndicated (960 followers). We didn't work much on the forum to promote it so there are not many posts from real users, but since it is all automated, more and more people will find it one day or another.

The domain reflects what the forum is about: news reactions - meaning people can "react" on posted news. The software is heavily optimized for search engine indexing.

No stats / income stats available as we don't track things separately.

I'm really confused...the domain is only 2 months old, there's little traffic showing activity on the site and various validity tests for page rank are coming back with lots of strange answers. Is this truly a PR6 site, and how many people do you estimate actually go to the domain on a regular basis?

There is not much behind this. Our company operates over 500 web sites and now we are selling all assets because we plan to buy a own domain name extension for future business. We promote some of our assets by linking to it from some of our larger web sites. However, all sites we operate are listed in many directories and sites like netwebapp.com (web 2 directory) so there is nothing unusual we do. We just promote anything we do. Since we are selling all our assets within the next 3-44 months I cannot confirm that any 7thSpace link will remain when our bigger projects are sold - after all the new owner would decide that. Hope this helps. YOu should not focus much on Pagerank anyways as Google will most likely drop the whole pagerank system soon anyways as it doesn't really tell anything but a snapshot of the rank the site was at the moment they updated. PR updates daily (not PR but the rank) so it's not the only factor to watch for. PR is really just a hype.

would be interested but would need guarantee of inlinks on your network remaining.

as far as pr - you would'nt ask 500 for a no revenue low traffic site UNLESS it had PR lol
