    No reserve auction as I do not know if there is any Adsense earnings, and no earnings from the directory.

    Also note -- the directory is using Esyndicat and license is NOT included you must get that on your own (it will be deleted off our account 7 days after auction close - if successful).

    The original few articles on the site (main page) we had written.

    Winner has 7 days to transfer the site and / or make full backups.
    We can refer you to someone who can do the transfer for a fee if needed.
