When I kept seeing previews of "The Dark Knight" I'm sitting there thinking.. "oh boy another Bat Man movie.. it'll be just like the rest and disappoint me." Well I actually went to see this one and.. damn.. Heath Ledger was without a doubt the most amazing Joker I've ever seen. His role and character was perfect and in my opinion no one could have done it better than him.
Yea, I know what you mean. I didn't think of "Heath" while watching it, I only thought of "Joker". I mean because he became the part so wonderfully.
He was one of my favorite actors. He was awesome in the move " A Knights Tale". What a shame he had to pass away so young.
Did you know, he spent a month in his hotel room isolating himself trying to prepare his thoughts for the role of the Joker. He wanted to nail the part on the head.. well Bravo Kudos to Heath.
The best portrayal of the Joker ever! Too bad Heath passed away so soon. I would love to see him as joker again in the sequel.
It'd be hard to see another Batman movie (if they plan to make one) because no one could play a better villain. P.S. Dear Hollywood, STOP USING CHRISTIAN BALE FOR EVERY MOVIE!
I love Batman, and have seen all the movies, but I had huge doubts about Heath Ledger's ability to pull off the role of the Joker. He has never been my favorite actor, or even that high on my list of good actors, even after Brokeback Mountain, which he did a great job in, I never really though of him as a great actor. Man was I wrong.
