I like it.. I'm not too sure about the grey background.. You might actually find if you change it to the same color as the CB order page, not only will the consistency be much better, but 1) it will match your design 2) it COULD improve conversions, because of the 2 previous points. Good luck

There is an upsell on the backend thats priced at $27, affiliates will get 75% commission on sales of this. I am also working ona higher value upsell, which when live affilaites will get 75% of that too.
