    Why are you selling this site?

    Lack of time.

    How is it monetized?

    AdSense

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    Yes, it comes with Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest accounts.

    How much time does this site take to run?

    30 mins/1 hour per week.

    What challenges are there with running this site?

    If you have SEO knowledge this can be a good opportunity. Traffic currently comes from Social Media, but if you keep adding content and position a few keywords, AdSense income will grow.


    The site is barely making money now (about 4$/month) but it already has content and some traffic. What you're paying for is basically the content and the social media accounts. If you're interested in the niche however, this could give you a head start and avoid the process of creating a site from scratch.


    Disclosure: I didn't create the site. It was bought a few months back in Flippa.
